Choose one that you are interested in that pertains to inmate’s rights. Discuss whether the actual wording of the Amendment really specifies that it should be a right given to a criminal. If it does not, do you believe that the courts have taken the right to far or not? If it does, do you think that this should be expanded? Give specifics.
